This role sits at the core of ARKA AI's commercial and execution model. You will own the creation of executable outcome specifications, translate business objectives into governed execution workflows, and ensure every commitment is contractable and cryptographically notarized.
What You Will Own

Principal Solutions Architect — Governed Execution
Design deterministic execution architectures for regulated environments.

Anchor ARKA AI’s technical credibility. You will design deterministic execution flows, define governance policies, and ensure execution is explainable, auditable, and replayable.
What You Will Own
- ✅ Design deterministic execution architectures using ARKA AI Engine
- ✅ Define governance policies, approval gates, and execution constraints
- ✅ Integrate ARKA AI into complex enterprise systems and workflows
- ✅ Support mission simulations and proof-of-control demonstrations
- ✅ Support execution is explainable, auditable, and replayable

Head of Managed Execution
Own execution in production. Deliver outcomes predictably.

Accountable for ARKA AI’s performance after the contract is signed. You will track outcome KPIs, manage exceptions, and act as the single point of accountability for delivery reliability.
What You Will Own
- ✅ Own production execution across ARKA AI customer engagements
- ✅ Track outcome KPIs, SLAs, and delivery commitments
- ✅ Manage exceptions, escalations, and human-in-the-loop approvals
- ✅ Establish operational certified blueprints, monitoring, and QBR cadences
- ✅ Act as the single point of accountability for delivery reliability

Head of Governance & Trust

Operate independently from execution teams to enforce the rules. You will define the governance framework, audit every decision, and own the tamper-evident evidence ledger.

- ✅ Define and enforce ARKA AI’s governance framework across all deployments
- ✅ Audit every governed decision for policy compliance, risk boundaries, and approval adherence
- ✅ Own the tamper-evident evidence ledger capturing decision lineage, approvals, and execution history
- ✅ Serve as the internal authority for compliance, regulatory alignment, and enterprise trust
